Residential building

This is a building composed of 28 apartments mainly for the students of the Lycée Français Lyautey and two commercial units on two levels of parking. The project comprises mostly of 50 m2 studios in loft-style, where the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are considered as movables in an open space.
The façade is a play of glazed windows, in withdraw of balconies and the mashrabiyas of the bedrooms.
